Check-in time 14:00H, check-out time 12:00H. Children under 3 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult. No pets allowed. Early check-in and Late check-out are subject to availability. All special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed by the Hotel.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 3 days before the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation fee. Laotel Hotel & Resort reserves the right to charge the credit card for cancellation and No-Show fees in accordance with the stated policies. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as No-Show and the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy:
No pre-payment at the time of booking. A valid credit card at time of booking is required in order to guarantee the reservation. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation in the day after. The free cancellation ends before arrival.
